**1. Digital Product & Instant Access**
Upon completing your purchase you will receive immediate access to all Batch Finish Your Stickers course materials. Because access is granted instantly and content cannot be returned, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

**2. Refund Policy**
All sales are final. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you have read the full course description, understand what is included, and agree that no refunds will be granted. **3. Lifetime Access**
You will receive lifetime access to the course materials including any future updates added to the course. Lifetime access applies to the individual purchaser only and may not be transferred to another person.

**4. Personal Use Only**
All course content including videos, templates, written materials, and downloads are for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, copy, or reproduce any course materials in any form. This includes sharing login credentials with others.

**5. Copyright**
All course content is the intellectual property of Lindsay Lawless, Paper Hearts Planner Co. and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

**6. Software & Device Requirements**
This course requires the following which are sold separately and not included with your purchase:

An iPad
An Apple Pencil or stylus
Procreate app (available in the Apple App Store)

It is your responsibility to ensure you have the required devices and software before purchasing. No refunds will be issued for failure to have the required equipment or software.

**7. Results Disclaimer**
Batch Finish Your Stickers provides education and tools for creating digital stickers in Procreate. However individual results will vary and are not guaranteed. Your success depends on many factors including your effort, experience, and market conditions. Paper Hearts Planner Co. makes no guarantees of income or specific results.

**8. Upsell & Additional Products**
During the checkout process you may be offered additional courses and products. Each product is sold separately and subject to the same no refund policy outlined above. Please review each offer carefully before adding it to your order.

**9. Changes to Course Content**
Paper Hearts Planner Co. reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time. We will always strive to improve the course experience for our students.
